I went off piste with the yoga teaching for a while.. i had admittedly been spinning too many plates.. (moving house, working too many shifts and made myself poorly)!

For the last month, I have focused on my own practice and trying to rebalance my own chakras.. you can’t pour from an empty cup and all that..

I am back! And will be starting up Yoga with Riah again very soon! Stay with me 😘 🙏🏼 🧘‍♀️

🌿 Sunday Reset Yoga – 4pm 🌿

Unit 11, The Barns, Tardebigge

Join me this Sunday at 4pm for a gentle, relaxing yoga class designed to help you unwind, stretch out the week, and reset for the days ahead.

Expect slow, soothing movement, calming breathwork, and plenty of time to soften and relax. Perfect if you’re feeling a bit frazzled, tired, or just in need of an hour for yourself.

✨ All levels welcome – whether you’re brand new or a seasoned yogi.✨ A relaxed, down-to-earth vibe (no pressure, just movement and breathing).

Come as you are, bring a mat if you have one, pillows, blankets, pj’s, whatever you want and let’s ease into Sunday evening together.

For the month of March, I am inviting you for a Sunday afternoon Stretch and relax yoga 🧘‍♀️ 🛌

Release tension and stretch for the first half of the class, and then be guided inwards, for longer holds, meditation and breathwork

This class aims to reset your nervous system, release tension, quiet the mind, and get you a good night sleep 😴 perfect Sunday vibes 😍

Bring your warmest comfies, socks, onesies, oodies, cushions and blankets 😍
