People confuse energy healing with complimentary therapies. They think they're getting a relaxing hour with waves of tranquillity & a visual light performances behind their eyelids... I mean, some of that may happen, but it is much more fundamental than that. It's ancient medicine that had been harnessed in some form throughout all cultures & history.

Energy is not something external that is applied to or transferred to you. It's already in you, it is you. It is the invisible makeup of the universe, that which fills the space between the atoms that comprise our physical world. Energy healing brings awareness to this. Reminding your body of it's true lightness & ease.

A fun way I like to analogize it would be to say it's like an invisible blood transfusion, detox or cleanse. Flushing out stagnant energy, foreign bodies, debris that's built up over time and replacing this with vibrant, clean vibes.

Erm, yes please! ✨️

You leave with fresh eyes, debris removed, systems flowing without obstruction and a sense of connectivity, that I personally have not been able to garner through any other means.

Aftercare is necessary; hydration, rest, general self love, as things that were locked away come to the surface to be released. There is feeling in that. It is an experience. Energy healing is not a gentle spa treatment, but you will feel awesome.

You have a true vibration, a lightness of being that can be rekindled through energy healing. Realisations of what is actually important, real and present. I want that for you.

I am relaxed. Fully restored.

I have a partner who holidays in the same way as me & it is heavenly. Togetherness & solitude needed in equal measure. He'll run or cycle, I'll meditate & read. No itinary (a loose list of maybe we'll go see this or that, without pressure to achieve any of it). Soaking in slow days, long evenings, conversation, dancing & indulgence.

Receiving mode activated ✨️

Over the years I've witnessed an imbalance of masculine & feminine energies within many of my clients. A system warped by society in which women have forgotten how to receive, that we are an energetic vessel created to be filled. Once our cup is full we can offer radiance & love from our overflow. But our cup is designed to be filled first, not depleted & exhausted then replenished.

So I ask the question... Are you able to receive?

Can you accept a compliment, just saying thank you? Without brushing it away or automatically offering one in return. Can you simply receive?

A friend offers to buy you lunch, do you feel uncomfortable & refuse their generosity or can you allow them to express their love in this way?

I've spent a long time healing my worthiness wound after years of attempting to confirm my worth & value beyond monetary terms.

This holiday to Portugal was a gift. Like many, I find it difficult to receive without needing to prove my value or show that I am worthy. But nothing was expected beyond my presence, that was enough.

To receive this level of loving acceptance is not easy. I have to consciously reassure my nervous system that I am safe, I do not need to brace for rejection. My worthiness is innate.

As is yours.

This week, when someone offers you a compliment, gift or gesture, receive it fully, feel the loving intention of the bestower. Allow the energy to encircle you & breathe it in.

Repeat after me... I am worthy,
because... I AM.
