​We know how frustrating it is to sit in the waiting room when we are running behind. We always want to be on time for you, but we also want to give every patient the 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝.

​To help us find the perfect balance, we gently ask all of our patients to stick to 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.
​If you have multiple concerns, focusing on the most urgent one first ensures we don't have to rush through your care. We are always happy to book follow-up appointments to look at other issues later on. Please let our friendly reception team know!
