The surgery will be closed on Thursday 16th July from 13:30 - 18:30.

This closure is essential to allow our team to participate in vital training.

Important Update: Health Coaching Service

We would like to let you know that our current Health Coaching service provider will be ending in early December 2026.
We are currently working to appoint a new provider so that we can continue offering support to help patients manage their health and wellbeing.
If you are currently receiving support from a Health Coach, your care will continue as normal until the service change.
We will share further updates as soon as a new provider is in place.
