Are the spaces inbetween.
The silence within.
True Peace.

This year was really something special.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude. A frequency of which I will endeavour to carry onwards and weave in to my life as much as humanely possible.

And this year to have such epic BROTHERS show up so incredibly, hold me throughout, and provide endless belly laughs.

I feel so proud and grateful for everyone putting in the 'work' to bring this planet, our home, more joy, connection, love and kindness.

I often ponder that my BIGGEST most courageous and wildest opportunities have come from the SMALLEST decision.

Literally an email to a so called stranger
A phone call to an opportunity that seemed logistically 'impossible'

Every single day we have micromoments to make decisions. Small or big, they are what create the life we live.

Today I had moment of 'how did I get I get so lucky'..As I finished with a client today
Feeling MORE ENERGISED then when I started
I thought, how is this my 'work'?!

And then I remembered...thanks to my MUM, I have been encouraged to MOVE for my entire life.
From ballet at 3 years old, Pilates at 8,
Doing ridiculous amounts of dance and sports my whole life.
Oh and of course a few too many years of RAVING.

I now get to call this work!?
Teaching yoga, gyrotonic, Physio and all the rest - it FUELS me to share this medicine with all of you. How did I get so lucky!?

In my upcoming programme
EMBODIED STRENGTH,
I will be weaving together my lifetime of learning and experimenting (so far) so that I can share this medicine with you.

Watch this space people. I'll share more info once I've finalized some bits!

Thought I should probably share what I'm actually doing out here in Portugal...

This is GYROTONIC

An incredible movement system that supports the body with circular, spiraling, fluid, resisted movement through all planes of motion.

This means that we can not only strengthen through our full range, but also improve mobility, body awareness and inner connection.

Here i'm doing some of the Spinal Motions on the Pully Tower which is a very small snippet of what this system can support with.

But thought I should actually start sharing the medicine considering i've spent a very large chunk of my life training πŸ™ˆ
