PRODUCTION OPERATIVES at our Taunton factory
Various Shifts available, Rotational 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/, weekday night shifts 10pm-8am.
Vacancies have arisen for Production Operatives to join our Assembly Rooms. Duties include:
• Carry out product assembly and to deliver finished products in line with specified quality tolerances and production schedule
• To carry out duties within the department as requested by the Team Leader
• To be flexible in providing Production Operative services across all production rooms
• Adhere to and maintain all specified clean-room standards
The candidate will be able to:
• Work as part of a team with a flexible approach within the role
• Demonstrate goods standards of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
• Work methodically
• Work overtime if required
• Have their own method of transport

WE ARE HIRING!!

We are looking for a Tool Hanger and Moulding Assistant to support the Moulding team in all aspects of production.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of experience and knowledge about operating injection moulding machines, combined with experience of tool hanging, material changes, quality control and production paperwork.
This role is an opportunity to learn and develop technician skills for the future.
In addition candidates will be able to:
· Be flexible to work shifts
· Have good communication skills
· Work well as a team player
· Have good attention to detail
· Have their own transport.
In return, the successful candidate will receive 28 to 33 days holiday, auto- enrolment pension scheme, free on-site parking and a friendly working environment.

We are looking for a Moulding Technician for our Taunton Manufacturing facility able to perform the following:

• Machine start ups
• Tool Setting, conditioning and maintaining
• Tool Changes
• To support the Moulding Department in the delivery of producing plastic parts to the correct standard and specification

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Injection Moulding & Tooling
• Have a good knowledge of moulding machines, Negri Bossi & Battenfeld
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Be able to work in teams
• Able to work shifts
• Have a hands on approach with good attention to details and organisational skills
• Have their own transport.
