☕🍰 Macmillan Coffee Morning at Sherwell Manor 💚

We’re delighted to be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning on Friday 25th September at Sherwell Manor.
Come along and join us for a cuppa, a slice of cake and some lovely company, all while helping to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 💚

Whether you’d like to bring along a cake, make a donation, or simply enjoy a cuppa with a friend, we’d love to see you!

Over the past few months, we’ve had the amazing opportunity to build stronger relationships within our community, and one that has really grown is our relationship with Taunton Deane Bowls Club . 💙

We’re now incredibly proud to be sponsors of the club and can’t wait to come along and see everything you’ve achieved so far!

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of putting up our banners and meeting some of the wonderful team and members who regularly enjoy time at the club — whether that’s catching up with friends, enjoying a game of bowls, or simply being part of the community.

Happy You We made it happen! 🎉✨ From the very first time we met Sarah, we knew she would be an amazing fit for our residents. 💕🏡

Calm, elegant and gentle in her movements, Sarah supported our residents through gentle exercise 🧘‍♀️💪 while encouraging and motivating them to do as much as they could. 🌟

Her patience, warmth and positive approach helped create an enjoyable, empowering and uplifting experience for everyone involved. 😊👏💖

Sherwell Manor was alive this week! 💛
We enjoyed some lovely family visits and a fun Wake and Shake session with the care team. It’s been a week full of laughter, connection and happy moments.

We had a lovely visit from Sarah at Happy You today, who popped in to see us to finalise the arrangements for our very first Motivation & Movements session next week. We’re really looking forward to getting started! 💃🕺

We also had a busy and exciting afternoon with a very special performer… Elvis was in the building! 🎤🎶

It was a fantastic afternoon filled with music, smiles and plenty of entertainment. What a great day! ❤️

🎨 Wellness Wednesday was off to a wonderfully creative start with our painting sessions — and plenty of laughter along the way! 💛

Fine motor skills were put to the test as everyone got stuck in, creating some beautiful examples of creativity and self-expression. 🖌️✨

Today we celebrated one of our lovely residents reaching an incredible milestone — 94 years young! 🥳

We marked the special occasion with a delicious cake, balloons, lots of smiles, and a few sing-alongs. 🎶🎈🍰

It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, joy, and lovely memories. ❤️
