Happy hump day everyone 💚
Hope you’re all having a great week!
A little about me…
When I first started doing yoga it was always for the physical part of the practice… the postures, the asanas. It took me a few years to fully embrace my yoga practice and understand that yoga was giving me so much more than a physical practice 🧘🏻♀️
It truly resonated in a few classes I was guided through and it became a real part of my life, learning more about the breathwork, more yoga philosophy and gaining a better sense of my own practice and myself. I had some amazing yoga teachers leading me through my practice and I still do 🥰🥰 Would give them all a shout out but there are too many 😂
Just because I’m a yoga teacher with the qualification, I still take time to practice yoga myself (however that looks) or to learn… I love workshops, trainings and classes and being guided by other teachers is just the best!
As we near towards the end (3 more weeks) of another Park Yoga season I just want you to know how grateful I am that you show up on your mats every Sunday morning and how truly humbled I feel to guide you through your practice. 🌳🌳
I hope that it gives you that space every Sunday morning, to take from it whatever you may need 🥰💚🌳🧘🏻♀️
