After spending the morning in group with my amazing members & such emotional, yet heart warming stories shared by our fabulous
Women of the year nominees ✨️

I'm off to put my feet up, actually I'm going to have a hot bath 🛀 & relax as it's been a struggle with my back this week 🥺

Anyone else struggle with spinal stenosis?
What's your remedies?

A first no alcohol weekend for me, changing habits slowly!!

I'm quite intrigued by how much alcohol affects my weight loss 🤔
So without it, let's see what can be achieved 💪

I will be journaling my progress for a project I'm researching so I'll keep you updated if you're interested 😉 if not, don't look 🙈

Unfortunately, the Creech PM group will be closing its doors from tomorrow evening.

I know this may be disappointing news, but please know that you are more than welcome to attend any of our other groups running throughout the week in Taunton. ❤️
