Massive good luck to our patient Mark, who’s taking on an incredible 110km charity cycle tomorrow (17/08/2026) in support of Moorfields Eye Hospital.

Mark has already raised £800 to help fund their new building and vital research — especially the work closest to his heart, exploring how exercise can support people living with glaucoma. It’s an amazing effort and a cause that means a great deal to him.

He’ll be tackling the ride in style with his Evil Eye sunspecs, perfectly built for endurance and long‑distance cycling — and he’s also fitted with hearing aids from Somerset Hearing, giving him the comfort and confidence he needs for the challenge ahead.

We’re all cheering you on, Mark — you’ve got this.
