Hey.. how about a Refresh after work with a cold dip and soothing sauna,ease those muscles and start the weekend of feeling great.

Yes it’s hot ,

Yes sauna can help condition you and you actually feel fresh after no matter the temp outside .

I sauna regular , lead a relatively simple and healthy lifestyle . I feel good but I know the darkness too… sauna can lift and stabilise the mood.

Just back from building and leading runs and hikes for 1000s of likeminded people from all over the world , it was just up the road in the Gower Wales. I love my home and places like the festival with great people and decent vibe.

Lots of energy to share but time to listen too. Let’s make the sauna garden a safe place to enjoy, relax and reset that nervous system

Look out for a plunge only ticket option if you wanna pop up and just dip, sit, relax and dip again . Though the full sauna and dip experience will extend that positive felling , a quick fix with a dunk and go can be that close by fix you’re looking for.
