Recognising staff efforts and achievements to the care we provide is important part of our ethos.
This month Sadie, our administrator received the most nominations from her colleagues and residents for always being considerate,helpful,kind and leads by example delivering care with compassion going above her role. Sadie’s previous experience started in care many years ago and she has never forgotten her training.

🌟Huge achievement 🌟

We are incredibly proud to celebrate staff accomplishments.

Devon has worked extremely hard with termination to achieve his Level 2 diploma in care. His strengths are kindness and compassion with a very easy going personality.

Level 3 Lead adult social care.
Sleeva has worked extremely hard balancing family life and working for the last 3 1/2 years as our dedicated senior. Sleeva is motivated, caring and reliable member of staff.

Level 3 Lead adult social care.
Mansi has worked extremely hard balancing family and work for the last 3 1/2 years as our head senior. Mansi journey started as a carer and has proven her knowledge and skills and willingness to learn is a credit to her to deliver high standards of person centred care.

The courses were delivered through Richard Huish College with robust learning, competency based assessments which demonstrated their knowledge and understanding to higher level learning.

🌼 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Garden Party!

It was so lovely to see so many families enjoying the sunshine, the music, and time together with their loved ones. The whole afternoon felt full of joy, laughter, and those special moments that make days like this truly memorable.

We’d also like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who kindly donated prizes for our raffle and tombola — your generosity helped make the day even more exciting for our residents and families.

A big thank you as well to Helen and staff who helped organise, set up, tidy, and support the event. Your hard work behind the scenes makes such a difference.
