🌟 A week of achievement, independence, and new experiences at Realise! 🌟 Our customers have truly embraced every opportunity this week, diving into activities that boost confidence, promote independence, and fill our days with smiles!

☀️ Steve soaked up the sunny weather with a delightful trip to the local park.

🏰 Natasha spent her day exploring the stunning grounds of Dunster Castle.

🪴 Aaron has been busy caring for his plants while completing his shopping.

🐐 Les had a fantastic time visiting Doniford Farm, enjoying all the sights and meeting friendly animals.

🚲 Andrew hit the bike trails along the Strawberry Line, while he, Sophie, and Simon continued their fun at East Fields Day Service.

🛒 Simon took on his food shopping independently, making choices and developing essential life skills.

🧘‍♀️ One of the young ladies we support has been enjoying morning yoga sessions in the park, enhancing her wellbeing and confidence.

From discovering local landmarks to connecting with our community and honing practical life skills, each day is filled with opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive.

We absolutely love supporting people on their dream adventures, and we've been doing just that lately! 🌟

Simon recently had an amazing thrill-seeking holiday at Calvert Devon with his fantastic support staff, Grassiano and Natalya. 🎉

It's been another wonderful week filled with smiles, achievements, and special moments! 💙

🌞 Natasha has been making the most of the warm weather, cooling off and relaxing in her garden.

❤️ Cam enjoyed a truly heartwarming reunion, seeing his sister for the first time in two years since she moved to Canada. It was an incredibly special day, and he was so happy to be reunited with her.

🎓 A huge congratulations to Robin, who has proudly received his certificates for completing his college courses in Social Entrepreneurship and Safer, Healthier, Happier. What a fantastic achievement—well done, Robin!

✈️ Stuart has been supported to enjoy a well deserved holiday and even had a commemorative T-shirt made to mark the occasion... a lovely keepsake of a memorable trip!

🌊 Zoe had a fantastic weekend exploring the beautiful surroundings of Cheddar Reservoir before enjoying some time by the sea at Exmouth Beach.

A huge congratulations to Ini and Sandi, our well-deserved Employees of the Month! 🌟

Their compassion, dedication, and teamwork truly went above and beyond in supporting NM to enjoy her first holiday in quite some time. Through their kindness and thoughtful care, they helped create a positive, memorable experience that made a real difference.

As their Line Manager, Sarah, shared:

It’s been another fantastic few weeks for our Realise customers, filled with new experiences, growing independence and lots of smiles ☀️💛

Sophie enjoyed a brilliant day out at Crealy Adventure Park 🎢

Donna and Stuart have been building their independent living skills by making their own sandwiches – a great step towards confidence in daily life 👏

Clare has been out shopping for summer clothes and enjoyed a fun trip to Hollywood Bowl 🎳

Zoe made the most of the sunshine with a lovely visit to Charmouth Beach 🌊

Paul has achieved a big personal milestone with a trip to the library – something to be really proud of 📚

Tracey has been enjoying some peaceful time in the garden 🌸

Michael has been out for a coffee with support staff, enjoying a relaxed catch-up ☕

And Hugh had a wonderful trip to Bishops Lydeard to see the trains 🚂

It’s been a wonderful time for our customers at Realise, with some very special experiences at Eastfields Of Bowers Hill 🌿🐴

Sophie recently achieved a lovely milestone, being supported to sit on a horse – a truly memorable moment that brought lots of smiles and confidence 💛

Simon has been making the most of the great outdoors, enjoying time with the animals and soaking up the fresh air, while Andrew has also loved meeting the animals and exploring the sensory room – a calm and engaging space tailored to support wellbeing.

A big thank you to Eastfields of Bowers Hill's Day Service for providing such a welcoming and enriching environment for our customers 🌟
