Paula's transformation is nothing short of inspiring:

🏃‍♀️ Started running at 52
⏱️ Took 17 minutes off her Yeovil marathon time in March
🏅 Hit PR's at the Exeter & Taunton half marathons
⚖️ An amazing 7 stone down from her heaviest weight
