Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor

Charlie is a trauma-informed psychotherapeutic counsellor and supervisor, specialising in PTSD, bereavement, developmental trauma and patterns of relating. Working with clients aged 14 upwards, Charlie offers a safe, non-judgemental and deeply attuned space where people can explore what’s troubling them at their own pace.
In simpler terms, Charlie supports clients navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, addiction and sleeping problems, helping them better understand themselves and their experiences.
Charlie understands how isolating trauma and emotional struggles can feel, and how difficult those first steps towards support can be. Her approach is gentle, compassionate and client-led, with no agenda… simply space to feel heard, understood and supported.
