Fire Season Yin Yoga Workshop

Summer has a way of keeping us switched on. Longer days, more plans, more go. This is Fire season, and this workshop is your invitation to meet all that heat and momentum with something slower.

Over two hours we’ll settle into a floor based yin practice, long holds, gentle support, nothing to prove. It’s the kind of practice that lets your nervous system finally exhale, closing with a full Yoga Nidra to rest in.

No experience needed and no flexibility required. Every posture comes with props and options, so you can arrive exactly as you are, whether this is your first time on the mat or your five hundredth.

Join us for a half day retreat: The Mandala Within

Mandala comes from the ancient Sanskrit word for circle, but it means so much more than that. Across cultures it’s long symbolised wholeness, connection and the journey back to our true centre. A reminder that everything we’re searching for is already within us.

We’ll begin with a fiery Mandala Vinyasa Flow, moving in circular patterns around the mat as breath and movement weave together. Expect an energising practice that builds strength and stirs your inner fire, with room to move with curiosity rather than perfection.

From there we’ll head to Little Corner Pantry for brunch, before coming back together to create our own mandalas. No art skills needed, just colour, curiosity and letting your intuition lead the way.

We’ll close the day with a guided reflection, meditation and immersive sound healing journey, letting everything settle gently into the body and mind.

Come ready to move, create, laugh, reflect and maybe uncover a little treasure within yourself that was there all along.

✨ What a night! ✨
Last night we attended the Muddy Stilettos Awards, and we are still buzzing… and if you somehow haven’t heard yet (though we’re not sure that’s even possible with how much shouting we’ve been doing), Fire & Bliss Studio was named Best Yoga & Pilates Studio in Devon for 2026! 🏆

We were absolutely thrilled to share the moment with the owner of Number Five Salon, another incredible Tavistock business who also took home an award on the night. So incredibly proud of our two small Tavistock businesses. Congratulations to our gorgeous friends at Number Five! 🎉
