🧠 This fun friendly beginner class is designed to encourage moment and mindfulness for children aged 7 to 12 years old.

📆 Starts Wednesday 5th August and runs for four weeks until Wednesday 26th August from 5.15pm until 6pm

💷 Cost is £16.00 per child for the four weeks.

I want to point you in the direction of these candles from Earthen Holistics …

First off, the scent is amazing - just the right strength without being overwhelming - even with doors and windows open I can still smell this.
Mine is lavender and geranium - a favourite for calm and clarity in the therapy room 🙏🏻

And just look at the clean burn on that! Clear soy wax with essential oils, completely NO soot on the jar whatsoever, even after it’s been burning all day…
And they last and last!!!

Amazing value for money, too - inexpensive in relation to certain well-known branded candles which contain Lord knows how much chemicals and other icky ingredients…

In my work as a therapist and also for my own well-being practice, I’m always on the lookout for candles that smell amazing without breaking the bank or poisoning me and my clients…

Get yourself down to Maws and visit Jane and Sorrel in the shop, browse all the different scents and maybe even treat yourself to some crystals or something from their huge selection of other wonderful items too!

It’s the most welcoming and beautiful shop you’ll ever visit 💞

🌻A quiet one this week as I prepare for my break… last yoga session is this Wednesday evening and I’ll pick up again at Kemberton on the evening of the 27th July…
