When you book a sports massage with me I will cater the treatment to suit your needs.
Sports massage can mean deep tissue, but it can also mean lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, tapping for continued support, hot stones to ease tension, cold stones to support blood flow.
With a lot of tricks up my sleeve no two clients will have the same treatment. Your massage is personal to your needs and goals.
