Our beautiful new Medusa bust in pride of place on our main alter.

Medusa was born to the sea gods Phorcys and Ceto, alongside her immortal sisters, Stheno and Euryale. She was initially a stunning mortal priestess dedicated to the goddess Athena.
Her name actually means "guardian" or "protectress".

After the sea god Poseidon r***d Medusa inside Athena's temple, an outraged Athena transformed Medusa’s hair into venomous snakes and made her face so hideous that anyone who looked at her turned to stone.

Perseus then cut off her head and the winged horse Pegasus and the giant Chrysaor sprang forth from her body (she birthed them) because she was pregnant by Poseidon.
Perseus used her severed head to turn his enemies to stone before giving it to Athena, who placed it on her shield.
In ancient Greece, images of Medusa's face were carved onto temples, armor, and shields to ward off evil and protect against misfortune.

Such a tragic tale of persecution and injustice!

She was r***d but it was she who was persecuted and punished, as is so often the case even for modern women!
We are the ones vilified as the mistress, the temptress, we are the ones who are shamed and blamed!

This is why many view Medusa not as a villain, but as a complex symbol of survival, female rage, and the tragic aftermath of injustice.

She stands in our space as a symbol of that divine feminine energy.
As a reminder of our power to survive and overcome the persecution.
Our strength to stand tall even in the face of injustice.
Our resilience and our endurance!
As our guardian and protector.

SUPERCOVEN 2026 💜
I’m not sure I have the words yet for last night.
Our 3rd year of SuperCoven and it goes from strength to strength!

The beauty of what has been created, built and grown with so many incredible women often leaves me in awe and never more than when we gather together like this.

Last night was our biggest SuperCoven yet, 40+ of our 60 ladies came together to celebrate, connect and have some witchy fun.

The atmosphere in that room last night was pure love. 💜

This morning I have woken up to so many heartfelt messages… It truly is hard to find the words.
But I am so grateful that I get to do this.
It’s an honour. 💜

It’s also an ongoing initiation working with large groups of powerful women…
and one that hasn’t always been easy…
The circles, like all of life, move in cycles of birth, death, rebirth… people come and go, some remain.
I know this space has helped many women and many women have grown and evolved because of it. And I am proud of what I have created.

I have so much love for all the women I have sat in circle with…. And whether you are a long standing member, a new face or someone who has moved on, I still hold you in my heart. 💜

Thank you to all the women who have and continue to support me and the Wild Women’s Academy.
I have some exciting things planned for the future… but for today we rest! 💜

A LAMMAS BLESSING & SPELL FOR YOU 💚

Lammas is an ancient festival celebrated on August 1st that marks the first grain harvest and the halfway point between summer and autumn. Also known as Loaf Mass Day or Lughnasadh, it traditionally involves baking bread from the new crop to give thanks for the earth's food and abundance.

As well as baking bread a beautiful way to honour this celebration is with a letter of gratitude or thanks burnt in the Lammas fire. 🔥

Here is a simple ritual you can use for your Lammas celebrations this weekend….

Lammas blessing…
Light either a fire or a candle and say the blessing out loud…
“Heart to Heart and Hand to Hand, We give thanks for Light and Land
Lammas Blessings fill this space, abundance, magic, joy and grace.”

Now take a piece of paper and Write down all you are grateful for and all the blessings you already have in your life.
Then write down all the new things you would like to call into your life. Don’t play small with this.. Take your time to feel into what you want and write it all down. Be specific and make sure you are writing them in the present tense… I have, I am, etc.

You can now burn your letter in your fire or from the flame of your candle saying the spell aloud..

By the Power of Hope and Earth, I now give thanks for all I’ve birthed
Gratitude at Harvest Time, As I call for what is mine
As I ask it flows to me, So I may live abundantly
My letter bares the Witches Seal, As it burns now make it real.

This weekend I held our Annual Summer Solstice Celebration at a beautiful house in Wellness Woodlands….
I am still feeling the magic of this wonderful time spent with amazing women.
This year we celebrated Mother Earth and weaved our magic with her divine elements.
We sat in circle, we weaved spells, we blessed the earth and each other, we feasted (a lot..) we sat around the fire, we listened to stories of spooky folklore (thank you to the amazing Amy Boucher) we woke up at dawn to celebrate the solstice sunrise, we set intentions, we connected from our hearts and we fell into our safety.
So many of the women now feeling so replenished and full from this magical 24 hours together.

And how do I feel?
Humbled. Full. Proud. And grateful.

I was nervous this year, nervous it wouldn’t live up to the magic of last year.
That it wouldn’t be ‘as good’.
Last year was special, and we all felt it, people still talk about it.
And I was so proud of that day.
So much of my own unique magic poured through into those ceremonies and words and I trusted myself enough to share it fully with the ladies.
I felt the self doubt that I may not be able to do it again. Or as well.
But as I sat with Mother Earth in the planning, as the magic flowed and flowered in the silence, the spells and chants echoed as songs, the elements spoke… I realised it’s always all there. The abundance of life, it keeps growing, multiplying and giving.
Last year was its own entity. Its own living thing that evolved and flowered. But it was the past and new magic wants to be birthed.
I am not the person I was last year, and the magic that flows this year won’t be the same. This year’s felt deeper. More rooted.

And what came through this year was nature in all her abundant forms.
And life.
The joy and pleasure of human life.
Of being human.,and part of the all life.
Connection, laughter, togetherness, sat around a fire telling stories, eating and celebrating together, holding hands, reclaiming our power. Full permission to be ourselves. What ever that looks like. We saw the glorious goddesses and the PJs at sunrise with messy hair.. we fell into ourselves.

It was magical. 💚

Happy full blue moon this evening.., a moon that falls in Sagittarius..the fire starter.
A moon of new starts and new beginnings.. of action and things getting you going…

but the Schumann resonance monitor has registered huge energies today, spikes that take the readings to red. Meaning intense and tiring energies, anxiety and feelings of restlessness.

It’s likely to feel a bit bi-polar just now.
Feeling like we want peace but don’t want to be alone. Feeling restless but like we can’t be bothered… feeling anxious but not wanting to rest…

This should ease as the full moon passes but these times mean the ascension energies are vibrating faster than before, things DO feel heightened… in so many ways!!!!

Be gentle with yourself. These are unprecedented times!!! Try to get time in nature, peace when you can… slow down too if it’s possible.

Full moons always affect me. I don’t usually sleep well and I feel intensely aware of everything around me. It’s a physical thing as well as an energy thing.
This isn’t weird… if the moon affects you it just means you are sensitive to energy shifts… and likely highly intuitive. Like so many people are.

(We all are really but some of us feel it more acutely. If you repress a lot of feeling and emotions it effects you less)

The word ‘lunatic’ literally means means ‘moon crazy’ and was coined because of the dramatic increase in crimes and incidents around the full moon recognised by the police for centuries.

They literally noticed the full moon made people crazy and caused a serious spike in crimes and incidents!!

So if this potent full moon energy got you feeling a little wild or crazy… you are not alone!! 😜
