Have you served in the Armed Forces or Emergency Services, or are you an immediate family member of someone who has served?

Take some time to focus on you with these FREE yoga classes in a safe, supportive environment. No experience is needed and sessions are adapted for all abilities and injuries.

Kids Café Summer Holiday Activities

We are pleased to support the Kids Café Summer Holiday Activities programme at The Silver Threads Hall in Donnington.

Under the theme "Play, Move & Thrive Through Sports", the programme gives children aged 6-12 years an affordable and welcoming place to stay active, make friends and enjoy positive activities throughout the summer holidays.

The sessions will include multi-sports, mindfulness, mental health support, healthy lifestyles and wellbeing activities.
