☀️ LASER GIRLIES… THIS IS YOUR SUMMER REMINDER ☀️

One of the biggest myths I hear is, “I don’t burn, I just tan.”

Unfortunately, when it comes to laser hair removal, that’s not how your skin responds.

After laser treatment, your skin is more sensitive to UV exposure. Even if you don’t burn, sun exposure can increase the risk of pigmentation changes, irritation and can affect your results.

During periods of very hot weather, I may need to rearrange some laser appointments to keep your treatment as safe as possible. Where I can, I’ll offer an earlier appointment, with selected mornings available from 7am, to help avoid the hottest parts of the day.

Please help me protect your skin by:

☀️ Wearing SPF 50 every day
🧴 Keeping the treatment area covered where possible
🏖️ Avoiding sunbathing before and after your appointment

Your safety will always come before squeezing an appointment in. I’d much rather rearrange your treatment than risk damaging your skin.
