Just a little message to let you know that I’ll be away on holiday with my family from 10th August and will be back at work on 17th August.

While I’m away, please continue to use my booking system to make any appointments. I’ll confirm all bookings as soon as I’m back.

If you need any assistance, I’ll be more than happy to help when I return to work. For now, I’ll be taking some much-needed family time and looking forward to coming back refreshed and ready to see you all.

Thank you so much for choosing me for your treatments. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I truly appreciate your understanding of the following cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.

* More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge.
* 48 hours or less notice: A charge of 50% of the scheduled treatment cost will apply.
* 24 hours or less notice: The full treatment cost will be charged.
* Missed appointments (no-shows): The full treatment cost will also be charged.
