Helping Hands DCS is growing, and we are looking for passionate Community Care Workers to join our fantastic team in Telford and Newport (TF areas)!
Whether you are looking for stable weekend work or a fresh start in a fulfilling career, we want to hear from you.

No experience is needed—we provide all the training you need to succeed!

💰 What We Offer You:

•Welcome Bonus: £250.00 bonus paid directly to you upon successful completion of your probationary period!

•Great Pay: £12.85+ per hour

•Weekend Perks: Enhanced overtime rates for weekend shifts

•Fair Travel: Paid travel time plus mileage expenses covered

•Full Support: On- Line Training & Shadow Shifts

•Local Impact: Work with a trusted, CQC-regulated provider and preferred partner for Telford & Wrekin Council

🚗 What We Look For:

•Kind, caring, and reliable individuals

•Availability to work weekend and evening shifts

•A driving licence is preferred but not essential

•(Please note: We do not currently offer visa sponsorship)
