A free Love to Move session is coming to Admaston House Community Centre on 17th June 11:45-12:45.
Please arrive by 11:30am to be settled and ready for the session. The 'Chattery Cafe' will be open, so please feel free to come early and have a drink and piece of cake before we start. Lots of friendly people will be there which makes for a great bit of social time at the beginning.

Just a reminder that this 'Living Well with Dementia. Sight and Hearing Loss' event is taking place soon. This is an exceptionally informative event with the opportunity for the public to talk directly with numerous organisations and charities who can help with information or practical advice

Love to Move is specially designed to get older people moving and functioning better. The programme achieves this by carefully integrating the use of foundation movement skills, cognitive stimulation and social interaction activities.

Adult Tap dancing is back next week. We are just starting a new dance so if you want to learn and have fun, now's a good time to join us.
You don't have to do both classes each week, but if you love Tap and you have the time, you are more than welcome 💃🏻

📢📢 Nicky's Inclusive Community Project is expanding 📢📢

We now offer... Tap dancing, Love to Move sessions, a singing cafe and Zumba, with more dance and movement sessions to follow.

We are currently in the process of finding places to run our sessions and can't wait to advertise these spots as soon as we have all the information.
