Great day today

2lb loss at group this morning also nominated for women of the year 2026 results are in next week.

Delicious breakfast when I got home, Cinnamon French toast with speed berries, yoghurt and golden syrup, all for 3 SWIP‘s

Then a beautiful walk up the Ercall with the hubby.

breakfast this morning mocha choc chip doughnuts and they puff up like real doughnuts due to the chia seeds, delicious and filling and all for a healthy extra fibre 1 swip for coconut vanilla yoghurt, speed berries on the side absolutely delicious 😋

Bit of body magic a walk round Apley pools and Badger pools and waterfall tomorrow

Felt inspired after group this morning as I’m losing my mojo just a little. Went through the cupboards/freezer wrote a list of what I had, then put a meal plan together, created a meal planner sheet for the week and have my SWK being delivered on Monday, now all that is done off for a lovely walk around apley pools with the hubby and dog for a bit of body magic ❤️
