With this rainy weather I’m making plans for some autumn classes

🎃🎃🎃 CHILDREN'S HALLOWEEN YOGA & CRAFTS WITH HAPPY KIDS YOGA AT JENNA BLAIR YOGA WELLBEING CENTRE IN SHREWSBURY 🎃🎃🎃

Join us at Jenna Blair Yoga Wellbeing Centre on Saturday 31 October, 12.00pm–1.30pm for a fun, creative and spooky yoga session for primary-aged children and their parents/caregivers! 👻🧘🏼‍♀️

This special Halloween session is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some quality time together while moving, playing, relaxing and getting creative.

🎃 Practice yoga with Halloween-themed stories
👻 Enjoy fun and engaging activities, including partner poses and sharing ideas
🧘🏼‍♀️ Learn child-friendly relaxation activities
🎨 Get creative with Halloween-themed arts and crafts
🕷️ And, of course, lots of Halloween fun!

This was me working out my hours behind the scenes.

The other day I decided to log my total work hours

Thats not just the face to face work I do, it’s the hours you don’t consider as work when you work for yourself.

6 hours 1-2-1 treatment
1 hour teaching
3 hours admin
3 hours promotional work

That’s just one day.
Every day is different and I can manage when I want to work around my life.

But…

Please support local businesses and small business owners where and when you can. There is usually a lot of work by just 1 person that goes into the service or product you purchase.
