Such a lovely visit to Upton Mill Care Home, Tetbury today. I am there twice a month carrying out reflexology, aromatherapy and massage to the residents, so if you have a loved one there and they are interested in a treatment, either notify the management team or contact me directly.

It's been a tadge toasty today! Lots of care homes visited, home visits and in the treatment room. Driving around has been a pleasure (with the air con full whack) and the fields are beautiful, England at its best!
