Our girl Pip had a litter of puppies on the 15th May, we have this little boy available! I can’t believe he’s not been picked yet, he has the most gorgeous pink little nose 💕 can be seen with Mum. KC REGISTERED, will be microchipped, 1st vaccinations done, beautiful markings, wormed, fully weaned, bag of puppy food and a lifetime of support! My girl BECKY 🔥❤️

Becky came to me back in March, she had been losing the same stone for months and reached out for me to support her and I’m so glad she did 🎉 OVER 4 STONE DOWN!

Becky is such an inspiration and has worked so hard to achieve her goals, even stepping up whilst she’s on weekends away! I’m so proud of her and what she’s achieved and still is!

I am so incredibly proud 🥲 having broken his ankle very badly and was basically told he would need a complete ankle replacement! Ollie lost 7 stone and is now back playing the sport he loves! 👏🏻

So confession time ⭐️😩 the past 4 weeks I have been AWOL as I’ve fallen back into the habits of comfort eating, eating whatever I fancied and even though there have been points I’ve been sensible, I’ve found that there’s old habits creeping back in…

It’s time to reel it back in! .coops and I were also half way through an IVF cycle, they are having to “Freeze All” now so now that the medication has stopped for the time being, I can really throw myself into it.

Being at the really inspire me that this diet really does change lives and motivated me to reset, which is why this week I’m back to a full reset and doing step 1B to get the 16lbs off and get myself back to target! 💗⭐️
