One of the things I love about Slimming World's physical activity support programme is that it's all about finding activities that fit into your everyday life. For me, that might be a walk after dinner, spending time in the garden or getting out in the fresh air whenever I can.

Those small moments soon add up and can make a huge difference to how you feel.

One of the things I love most about our Slimming World group is the support, friendship, and sense of community we share every week. ❤️
This week we celebrated one of our lovely members' birthdays with a delicious homemade Slimming World-friendly scotch egg and the new Hi-Fi bar 🥳proving that you can enjoy food while staying on track with your weight loss journey!
At Slimming World, it's not just about the scales – it's about celebrating life's moments together, sharing ideas, supporting each other, and having fun along the way.

If I can do it so can anyone, trust me having attempted to lose weight all of my adult life and never achieving it successfully at age 60 I thought it is now or never, so I joined Slimming World and I’ve lost nearly 8 stones to actually get to the lowest weight I have been all my adult life
I am truly the happiest I have ever felt with my weight
I’m now a Slimming World consultant, so come and join me and my members and let us support you 💕
