Isis Sounds - Sound/Shamanic Healing, Drumming, Assemblage Point Alignment I'm a Sound/Shamanic Healer. Group workshop leader, Soul Retrieval/Shamanic practices, Vocal Coach, & CoSH tutor. I am also Reiki Drum trained as well. XxX

This is the place where you can learn all about Sound Healing & Shamanic Soul Retrieval. I qualified as a Sound Healer in 2007 & later did my Soul Retrieval course in 2009. So what is Sound Healing? It's a method of sending healing energy into the body by use of Tuning Forks, Singing Bowls, Drums, Rattles, Voice and Gongs, etc. We all vibrate at certain frequencies & so too do our chakra points &

internal organs. If any of these are out of balance, Sound healing has the ability to tune into that part's original frequency & literally 're-tune' them. It's a bit like the tuning of a piano. When it's not in tune, it sounds a little bit 'honkey-tonk'; whilst when it's been tuned, it can sound like a beautiful Steinway. Happy Lughnasadh to those who celebrate. Here we are upon another turning of the wheel. A time traditionally where the farmers would have baked a loaf in honour of the 1st harvest. (As we know the harvesting has had to happen much earlier because of our hot weather this year) but it's a time of giving thanks. Of taking stock. The seeds that we sowed jn the Spring are they coming into fruition or are there atill some action points to take?
You may find that your entire landscape has altered & what you believed important at one point simply isn't anymore & something you thought you could ignore has become or is becoming much more an important focal point. And that's ok, it's all allowed to be that way. You're allowed to change your mind & your thoughts & dreams. So go with good old Auntie flow. She knows best for your life. Xx ❤️🙏🍞🥖

Got some really great workshops coming up.

Isis Sounds Women's Gathering - Aug 6th, St. John's church, Newbury 7pm We'll be doing a heart opening Cacao ceremony 😍🍫☕️

I'm offering a blissful Sound bath at Basildon Park Aug 29th coming up in association with the fantastic Tickets will need to be purchased but it will be taking place in a gorgeous outside space.

I'll be going to the Festival of Love at New Moon Mill Sept 5th & I'll be offering my Rune Readings there 😍

Then, very excited to announce I'll be offering Chant & Kirtan at Luci Trendle's beautiful studio in Burghfield Fri Sept 11th, 7pm.

We had the best time Friday night at SoulBarns Mortimer for our final Joy! With chant & kirtan.

Our next fabulous Joy! With chant & Kirtan is coming up at Soul Barns next Friday. I'm curating a fab blend of easy to learn pagan style chants with Sanskrit mantras that move the soul.

These sessions aee designed for beginners who like to sing but somehow lost confidence along the way.

Always fun & super uplifting these sessions create feel good endorphins that make you feel alive & vital at the end. I always have so much more capacity in my heart for love after this, it's like being charged up for life.

I'm really looking forward to doing the next Women's Gathering in our new home of St. John's Church, Parish Room in Newbury.

The theme for this session is to make Healing Strings. So you can bring some flowers, feathers, buttons, bits of fabric, I'll bring some card & we can write affirmations on them & then you get to take these home with you to place into a tree & allow the wind to take your wishes out into the ether.

We'll also have a sharing circle, Oracle cards & sone hands on healing, plus there will be tea & nibbles. Do come & join us. 🥰🙏❤️

I am so looking forward to doing a post Solstice Fireside Ceremony down at Whiteheart Grove Woodlands near Aborfield.
We will do:
**Drum healing,
**Sharing circle (talking about Solstice)
**Setting intentions & using the fire for blessings
**Sacred Chanting
**Sharing nibbles & having tea.

Please bring with you your drums/rattles (I have a few spares) some water & your open hearts.
