Oil massage is extremely relaxing focusing on meridians and pressure points, stimulating the flow of vital energy, relaxing body and mind, also reducing fatigue and clearing toxins from the skin and muscles. Thai foot massage involves stretching and massage to open energy lines, stimulating the reflex points on the feet which correspond to the internal organs, promoting general health and wellbeing. Thai head shoulder and neck massage is a great way to relax and relieve stress and tension.

As the weather turns colder and our bodies become stiffer, a massage could be the answer. When we are cold our body restricts how much blood it sends around extremities, like our hands and feet, so that it can focus on supplying vital organs, like the heart and lungs. This makes the soft tissues around the joints less pliable, so joints can feel tight, stiff and uncomfortable.
