Here’s what we’ll be doing during the Summer in Bloom to get you off your phone and into the garden.
The first 4 weeks will help you see where you’re at, decide where you want to be after our time together and support you to start laying the foundations to get you there.
Because gardening isn’t something to be done when you have spare time or when you can no longer see the kids playing outside because the garden is so overgrown. It’s a therapeutic practice to calm your nervous system and help you complete the stress cycle so that you sleep better, feel calmer and more in control.
In these first 4 weeks I’m going to help you find time in your day to day life to do just that.
The next 3 weeks are all about designing a beautiful garden border that also soothes your frazzled mind.
I’m going to be showing you different elements you can incorporate into your space as well as teaching you all about different types of plants so you can make an informed decision about which to include in your space.
Lastly, I’m going to show you how to design and lay out a border so it looks gorgeous and has the biggest impact on your wellbeing.
The last 6 weeks of summer are where we get practical. I’m going to get you creating systems in your garden to save you time, showing you how to make more plants for free or very low cost and supporting you to create a banging pot display so you’ve got some colour and life to look at all throughout winter.
And this is just one season. Imagine what your life, mind and garden will be like after a whole year in Bloom together!
