I’m Simon Nembhard and I started Castle Osteopaths in 1995.

Based in Thetford Norfolk, Castle Osteopaths provides qualified therapist in Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Sports massage, Cranial Osteopathy, Nutritional therapy and Podiatry I’m a registered Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist with over 20 years’ experience of treating a wide range of conditions. I like to think that I an efficient but relaxed manner that people are comfortable with. But most important

ly, and what matters the most to me, is that I have a really good success rate. What I like to do is use a combination of therapies to give the best possible outcome for individual clients. For example, if your back is painful I may use massage and manipulation to realign the muscles and bones and acupuncture to relieve the pain quickly. You don’t need to be referred to Castle Osteopaths by your Doctor. Osteopaths are trained to examine muscles, joints, the cardiovascular system, respiratory system etc and have to study for four years before we qualify. Conditions that I can help you with include:

If you are pregnant or have a toddler under 3, feel free to come along to the West Suffolk Baby Fair on 11th October in Thurston New Green Community Center. 10am-2pm.
Expert support and local resources for pregnancy, babies and toddlers.

Stacy Chaitoo Osteopath will be attending. 19 years of experience registered with General Osteopathic Council, Cranial Osteopath. Postgraduate training to help with pregnancy related pain, irritable babies and post partum issues. Also a qualified Mummy MOT Practitioner.

Signs which indicate that cranial osteopathy may help babies are:

Reflux, colic, had a traumatic birth, has a strong neck in the first week.
Unexplained crying, arching backwards/ straightening like a board.
Latching/feeding issues, favouring to feed on one breast, excessive hiccups.
Doesn’t like lying on back, hates being in the car seat when the car is stationary.

The West Suffolk Baby Fair🤰👶 at New Green Centre in Thurston, Bury St Edmunds. There are going to be some wonderful local businesses selling products and services.. and the cafe and play area will be open too.
