Cranial Reflexology @ Mindful Sole
Cranial Reflexology is a gentle and deeply relaxing treatment. The treatment focuses on reflex points located on the head, using gentle holding, massage and pressure techniques to encourage relaxation and support overall wellbeing.
During your session, I may also incorporate gentle EFT (Emotional Freedom technique) tapping and soothing stones to enhance relaxation and mindfulness. The treatment is designed to calm the mind and ease tension.

The feedback I get from Hand Reflexology is how surprisingly relaxing it is...imagine this combined with either face, cranial or foot Reflexology 🩷In hand Reflexology all areas are mapped out representing parts of the body, just a smaller area to work on, this can still be very affective and in my opinion a great go too for quick first aid, so to speak. Needing any quick tips for headaches, tiredness or the need to calm down? I can show you the key areas to work on between treatments 🤗

What a great way to de-stress by having a good all round treatment like Reflexology. I'm additionally trained in Menopause Reflexology. I've had great success with clients who struggle with hot flushes and are going through the peri-menopause/menopause.
