Today saw both Kate and Stu travel to Rother Valley Country Park (Sheffield), to support our friends at Vie Medic Services Ltd .

This is the first time Kate has been to Rother Valley and Stu's second time there.

It has 3 lakes where you will find a variety of watersports and recreational activities, including an aqua park, cable ski, sailing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, mountain biking and a whole lot more.

Around the park, there are many bike tracks to test your skills suitable for all abilities, along with flat lakeside walks and trails.

Kate enjoyed the scenery, finding it relaxing as well as talking to various wildlife.- 🦆🦢🐕🪿

Everyone looked to be having a good time and we even did our bit to help an injured goose ️🪿 😊

Another busy week ended today with us delivering a ProTrainings Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (VTQ) course for members of Whitby Friendship Amateur Rowing Club, and what an amazing view we have had today, with some great background to see behind VR46 who decided to have a drive out today.

Its been a busy (but enjoyable) weekend for both Kate & Stu, who have spent both days being part of the events team assisting our friends at Vie Medic Services Ltd.

Saturday- saw the return of ⚽️ at Bramall Lane (One that Kate enjoys alot) so it was good catching up with colleagues and staff at the ground. It ended a disappointing 0-0 but they got the point needed.

Sunday- assisting with another 10k run around the area of Askham Bryan College and Wildlife Park. All participants did very well and we caught up with staff we haven't seen for a while too.

Yesterday Stu was teaching an EFAW for an existing client in East Yorkshire.

It's a very emotional day in the office today as we see two milestones. The 1st milestone sees our oldest junior staff member Xander turning 15 today, which is also Yorkshire day. The 2nd is seeing our youngest junior staff member Joshua going away with the Army Cadets for a week to annual camp, which is the longest he has been away from us, so a few tears have been shed.

Happy Yorkshire Day 😀

A day where we get to celebrate everything about our county - the superb scenery, fantastic places, the amazing foods we offer and not forgetting the friendly people ( it's true Yorkshire people always say hi and will help anyone)

The office is closed this weekend as we have our own celebrations for Yorkshire Day - our very own Yorkshire Day baby turns 15 today 😱

All emails will be responded to on Monday as you can appreciate we are taking this time to be with family.

Today has been spent in Middlesborough delivering a Qualsafe Level 3 Award In Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) course on behalf of another training company we have been assisting over the past seven months.

The course was well received with some very nice feedback from the candidates.
