School, friendships, social media and thinking about the future can sometimes feel overwhelming. This year’s theme, , is about building for the future one step at a time.

💬 Talk to someone you trust — a friend, parent, carer, teacher or your GP.
🌿 Make time for things you enjoy and take breaks when you need them.
🤝 Check in with your friends. A simple “How are you really feeling?” can start a helpful conversation.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to ask for support.

Pharmacists can offer advice on medicines and various illnesses, such as coughs, colds, sore throats, ear infections and aches and pains.

Most pharmacies can also offer prescription medicine for some conditions, without you needing to see a GP or make an appointment. This is called Pharmacy First.

Conditions they can offer prescription medicine for are:

• impetigo
• infected insect bites
• earache
• sore throat
• sinusitis
• urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• shingles
