At each of my classes, I ask new students to let me know what they liked and anything they didn't like so I can continue to curate classes for everyone's needs. This was some lovely feedback I wanted to share from my pregnancy yoga class on Tuesday. I'm taking a two week break to spend time with family so I'll be back on Tue 18 August. My next pregnancy yoga class is this coming Tuesday. I keep numbers small and there are just two places left. People come to my pregnancy yoga classes at a range of different stages in their lives and are a mixture of different ages. Please don't be put off feeling like there won't be anyone of the same age.
