🌀 The throat center — Vishuddha the 5th chakra or energy center — is the temple of truth, where our personal will meets divine will and wisdom.

🗣️ When people visit Sunshine for Energy Medicine treatments - Reiki, crystal therapy or sound therapy I find this chakra is most often blocked.

😔 Sadly many people silence themselves just to belong, to keep peace, or to avoid being fully seen.

✨February 1st-2nd marks the midpoint between winter and spring in the wheel of the year.

✨It honours Brigid - the Celtic goddess of fertility, poetry and healing .

💛Imbolc symbolises renewal, purification and the return of light as the days grow longer.

✨Tip: Leave a scarf outside in the hedgerows of your garden tonight. Our Celtic ancestors believe it would be blessed by Brigid as she passes. This scarf was then used throughout the year to bring extra healing within the family at times of need throughout the year ✨💛✨
