✨ BEFORE & AFTER COLONIC HYDROTHERAPY ✨

I thought I’d share a little before and after with you today — the same lovely lady, photographed before her colonic and then again straight afterwards. ❤️

She has been coming to me regularly since I first started offering Colonic Hydrotherapy in Tiverton, so I’ve been able to see her journey and build a lovely relationship with her.

I’ve been fully qualified in Colonic Hydrotherapy since 2021, by ARCH and since then I’ve had the pleasure of seeing hundreds of clients through my treatment room. Every client is different, and people come to me for all sorts of reasons — from wanting to feel less bloated and uncomfortable, to supporting regular bowel movements and simply wanting to feel a little more comfortable in themselves.

One of my favourite areas to help with is constipation and bloating. ❤️

That feeling of being full, uncomfortable and sluggish can really affect how you feel day to day, and it’s something that many people struggle with but don’t always feel comfortable talking about.

I always aim to make my clients feel completely at ease. There’s absolutely no judgement, and I understand that coming for your first colonic can feel a little daunting if you’ve never experienced one before.

I’ll talk you through everything beforehand, answer any questions you have and explain what to expect throughout your appointment. Your comfort and privacy are always my priority. 🥰

This before-and-after is a lovely example of how different the tummy can appear immediately after a treatment, but please remember that everyone is different and results will vary. A photograph alone can’t show what is happening internally, and Colonic Hydrotherapy isn’t a treatment for medical conditions.

Lovely first evening back after a wonderful holiday! ☀️💆‍♀️

It was a busy evening of massages and a beautifully relaxing Japanese Head Spa. It was so lovely to be back doing what I love! ❤️

My new offer is now available to book online. Just a reminder that it’s only valid for daytime appointments, as my evenings are usually my busiest. ❤️ If you’ve already booked it for an evening appointment, don’t worry – I’ll honour those bookings. 🙂

From September I’ll be back to my usual working hours, but I still have a few appointments available throughout August if you’d like to grab one.

After a super relaxing break in Tunisia, I’ve come back feeling refreshed… so I thought I’d treat you all to a little “I’ve been missed” offer! 🤍
