Tatty Bumpkin and Baby Bumpkin classes are fun, multi-sensory and yoga inspired, for children aged 6 weeks to 7 years. During our Baby Bumpkin classes, you will learn techniques to relax your baby, stretch their bodies, improve their digestion and stimulate their minds, as well as learning gentle stretching and relaxation for yourself! They’re multi-sensory and combine movement (yoga and co-ordina
tion activities), music, storytelling, breathing exercises and relaxation. Each session combines a story theme with free play, providing a structured, yet fun environment. All classes enhance development and encourage movement, through music and magical storytelling. The programme has been developed by yoga instructors, paediatric physiotherapists, educationalists and musicians.
