💙 Good Luck & See You Soon, Millie!💙

After being such a valued part of the Autism Life Centres family for so long, it’s time for our wonderful casual Keyworker, Millie, to head back to university and continue her studies towards her Law degree! 📚✨

Although we’re saying ‘see you soon’ for now, we really don’t want to call it goodbye! We know we’ll be lucky enough to have Millie back with us during her university breaks, and we’re already looking forward to seeing her again! 🥰

Millie, we can’t thank you enough for all the hard work, care and dedication you’ve given to our individuals over the years. The amazing relationships you’ve built and the trust you’ve developed with those you support are so incredibly appreciated 🥰

From supporting throughout the week to our No Limits Saturday Club, you have always gone above and beyond, and your contribution to ALC has never gone unnoticed 😘

You will definitely be missed while you’re away, but we’re so incredibly proud of you for continuing to work towards your goals and dreams. We know you’re going to be amazing! 🌟💖

🎉 Today, we’re celebrating Chris and his first year of service at Autism Life Centres! 🥳👏
Over the past year, Chris has developed and gained so much knowledge, experience and new skills, growing in confidence and making a fantastic contribution to the ALC team🤩🤩
Chris has also played an important role in supporting our friends to keep active, try new activities and enjoy getting out and about in the community. Whether he’s encouraging others to get involved, helping them work towards their goals or simply bringing positive energy to the day, Chris has made a real difference👏🏻☺️

Amanda is celebrating 10 Years of Service at ALC, a whole decade- and what a wonderful journey it has been!! 🤩🤩

Amanda is one of those people who keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes, often without seeking any recognition, yet her impact is felt by everyone at ALC every single day. From making sure things run smoothly to keeping on top of the payroll 😉😉, Amanda works tirelessly to support both our staff team and the young people we work with🤩😍
As our Wellbeing Officer, Amanda goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels supported, valued, and heard 🥰. She is always checking in with staff, taking the time to see how people are doing, offering a listening ear, and providing encouragement whenever it's needed. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for others never go unnoticed.
Amanda also makes a huge effort to connect with our individuals whenever she is at the Centre 🤗. Whether it's stopping for a chat, sharing a laugh, offering reassurance, or simply taking the time to engage, she helps create the warm, welcoming, and supportive environment that makes ALC such a special place to be. Her positive energy and caring nature shine through in everything she does.
Behind every successful team is someone helping to keep things organised, supported, and moving forward, and Amanda does exactly that. Her dedication, commitment, and hard work often happen quietly in the background, but they play an enormous role in the success of ALC and the wellbeing of everyone within it👌🙌🏻❤️

Sian is celebrating 1 whole decade, 10 whole years, of being one of the driving forces behind ALC, bringing passion, dedication, and endless energy into everything she does 🤩🌟😍 Whether she's working directly with our young people on the floor or supporting the team behind the scenes, Sian consistently goes above and beyond to make a real difference in the lives of those around her🥰
Her witty personality, positive attitude, and contagious enthusiasm light up the Centre and create an environment where both staff and young people feel supported, motivated, and valued 🫶🏼 Sian has a special way of building meaningful relationships with our young people, helping them to grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and make the most of every opportunity available to them🌟
Alongside this, Sian works incredibly hard to support our staff team, ensuring everyone stays up to date with training, monitoring daily plans and programmes, and helping to maintain the high standards that make ALC such a special place. Her attention to detail, commitment, and willingness to support wherever needed never go unnoticed🥹🤩
What many people don't see is the amount of work Sian puts in outside of the day-to-day running of the Centre. There truly is no switch-off for her! 💪 Whether she's working late into the evening, up at the crack of dawn, answering messages, planning ahead, or spending her weekends cleaning, organising, and making improvements around the Centre 🙈ALC simply wouldn't be the same without her.

Today our marvellous Ellie, is celebrating 4 Years of Service, here at ALC🤩🤩 Ellie is one of a kind, she is the best and we love having her on the team 🥰 Ellie has worked closely to build positive relationships with our friends and it’s fair to say, they ADORE her 🤗🤗 she is always open to developing her skills, supporting staff alongside our wonderful young people! Ellie is always smiling, full of positivity and affect- what a girl she is!! ⭐️🙌🏻 THANK YOU Ellie, for simply being you, being dedicated to your role and giving 100% to each day at ALC👌 we love you!! ❤️❤️

This summer, we’ve been so lucky to have the lovely Celyn working with us as one of our casual Keyworkers! 😊
Sadly, it’s time for her to head back to university to continue studying to become a paramedic — but this definitely isn’t goodbye! We’ll be seeing her on her uni breaks and can’t wait to have her back with us! 🩺🚑
Thank you for all of your hard work, dedication and the amazing support you’ve given our individuals throughout the summer. We’re so proud of you and wish you all the luck as you continue chasing your dreams! 💞✨
