Completed my charity walk and ended up being 35 miles. What an achievement. I’m so proud is myself Physically and mentally resillient. Now collapsed on sofa with a cup of tea and a Chinese ordered 😍

Last push for my fundraising before the walk itself on Saturday. Eeek. I’m really looking forward to completing if slightly apprehensive. It’s a long way 😳. It would mean the world to me and to the women I am fundraising for if you could spare a small amount of money to support them and me please 🙏

Today I went on a beautiful 14 mile walk on Dartmoor. Two bridges, Bellever and Wistmans wood. It was very wet but so peaceful and stunning. The highlight was hearing a cuckoo in the woods.

After much reflection I want to bring clarity to my business and my cancellation policy.

I have been very wishy washy around cancellations and although my consent form states that the full rate is to be paid if cancelled in less 24hours notice, I have not implemented this.

This has been very much linked to self worth and lack of boundaries which I am now addressing in all areas of my life.

There will always be extenuating circumstances and I will bring discretion to my cancellation policy, however I feel that personal responsibility needs to be taken when you book a therapy with me and to honour that commitment to yourself and to me. I completely appreciate that life happens and that we become unwell and cannot always give the required notice. This is an agreement that is signed for on the consent form.

I am a soul led business striving to bring integrity and authenticity and accountability into my life and honour all those that mirror this back to me.

Today I completed Plymouth Half Marathon in around 2 hours 34 minutes. I ran the whole way. I’m very happy.

I sent the intention at the beginning of the year to complete this.

It feels good to work on my fitness and achieve something so incredible. Our bodies are amazing and it definitely is having a positive mindset that really helps to achieve so much.
