🌟 Client Spotlight 🌟
Huge congratulations to my awesome VIP Client Chris who completed an incredible 68mile Coast to Coast 24hr walk last month, fundraising for The Devon Clinic, the mental charity that he runs.
Over 250 people took part in this brilliant event raising over £165,000 for the Devon Clinic which provides affordable therapy and support for people living with anxiety, trauma, depression and domestic violence.
It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Chris over the last 18months. We’ve addressed some knee pain and an ankle tendinopathy, getting him ready for his big event.
Chris says ‘the most helpful thing about working with Anne is that I wasn’t just told to stop and rest for weeks when I was injured, she gave me a series of exercises to gradually rebuild strength and tolerance to impact, and advice on how to maintain my fitness while my ankle was recovering’
I’m so delighted that Chris completed his ultra walk feeling strong! And aside from a couple of blisters there was no pain to report! Here he is at one of the high points crossing Dartmoor, encouraged by the awesome Craig Washington who has been involved throughout with planning & preparation for the event 🙌
