✈️☀️ We had the privilege of watching the air show from the comfort of home this weekend! There were plenty of smiles, lots of excitement, and a few residents reminiscing about air shows from years gone by.
The only complaint? The Typhoon may have been a little too enthusiastic with the volume control! 😆

Do you have a passion for food and enjoy making a difference in people’s lives? We are looking for a Cook/Chef to join our friendly team at our care home in Chelston, Torquay.
We are offering 126 hours per month on a rolling rota, working alongside our existing chef to provide delicious, home-cooked meals for our residents.
As we are a care setting operating 7 days a week, this role will include working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

On Monday, we hosted a wonderful 1950s-themed tea party, bringing together the people we support, along with their families and friends, to raise awareness and donations for Dementia UK.
It was such a fantastic afternoon, filled with laughter, shared stories, games, quizzes, and of course, plenty of delicious hot and cold treats. Everyone truly got into the spirit of the day—our staff included! A special mention has to go to Rita, who fully embraced the theme (those big ball pants were a highlight 👀).
Thank you so much to everyone who came along, supported the event, and generously donated to such an important cause. Your kindness and community spirit made the day really special. There are too many photo’s to choose from but I hope you enjoy the selected few.
