Specialised in Pre-conception, pregnancy, postnatal, menopause, facial and zone face lift reflexology. Hello there! My name is Taz and I am the founder of Heart and Sole Reflexology North Devon. I am a fully qualified reflexologist based in the North Devon countryside. I first became interested in reflexology when I managed a wellbeing centre supporting cancer patients, their relatives and carers.

The difference these treatments made to overall health and wellbeing for clients was profound and I just knew this was the right therapy for me and something that needed to be shared with others! Thus began my journey in to training to become a reflexologist! I hold a level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and am a fully approved member of the Association of Reflexologists. My treatments primarily take place from my cosy treatment room based at my home in the quiet village of Monkleigh, situated between Bideford and Torrington. I am also able to travel to your home if you prefer (with cost of travel being added to treatment). My goal is to base treatments around you and to be as flexible as possible with my treatments to ensure you get the best possible experience!

I’m so excited to share that from September I’ll be offering reflexology appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from my lovely treatment room above Bideford Foot Clinic

This means I’ll have more availability for both existing and new clients in Bideford ,so if you’ve been thinking about booking a reflexology session, now is a great time! 🌿

I still have some appointments available in Torrington, but at present I’m unable to take on any new clients there due to my availability

Sorry I’ve been a little quiet on here lately! Surviving the school holidays doesn’t leave much time for keeping on top of social media 😅

Postnatal reflexology treatments are so unbelievably special and I LOVE doing them! seeing a mum and baby completely cocooned in a bubble of pure love is just amazing!

Reflexology is so much more than just a foot rub. It involves applying firm pressure to specific reflex points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body, helping to encourage relaxation and overall wellbeing. 💆‍♀️✨

And don't worry if you're ticklish, I promise I'm not in the business of tickling feet! 😅
