Baby Ava and baby Oliver I’m the proudest aunty and most of you have heard about their quick arrival.

Today I got to cuddle with Ava and Oliver’s feet a little tickle.

Let’s talk onychomycosis — in other words, fungal nails.
This patient has been coming to me for a while, and persistence is finally paying off. With regular foot‑care treatments and a few simple steps at home, progress can happen.
You can see clear, healthy growth coming from the matrix and the nail is looking so much better. We’re not quite there yet, but I’m really pleased with how it’s improving.
Remember: fungal nails take time, patience, and consistency — and sometimes, despite best efforts, they don’t respond. But when they do, it’s worth it.

Hello 👋

Just a quick note Today I will not be wearing uniform, of course il wear the appropriate Ppe, given the heat yesterday and far to many hot flushes, i was a puddle on the floor by the end of the day!

I’m very much still able to do my job il just be a little less sweaty.
