Founded by Kirstien, a resilience and mental health educator, accredited counsellor, experienced transformative coach and three principles practitioner who holds a doctorate in psychology and training in eco-therapy. "I enjoy supporting individuals, couples and groups to sustain wellbeing, navigate tough times in life, addres

s mental health issues and uncover their potential. I believe being outdoors enhances people’s connection to their natural state of wellbeing and creativity. Prior to my work in psychology and wellbeing, I managed and delivered frontline services in international emergency response and then in the UK health, education and social care sectors. I continue to enjoy supporting frontline professionals sustain their wellbeing." We run retreats/intensives and nature immersions that offer you shelter from life’s storms and illuminate your inbuilt capacity to adapt, heal,
connect and thrive. We support peoples’ recovery, resilience, creativity and wellbeing through training and retreats where people tune into natural state of healing, creativity and connection. We offer training and coaching for individuals, teams and multi-agency
groups to create and sustain resilient and compassionate work cultures

I love sharing what it means to be a field of possibility — here, in the Field of Possibility. So I want to do more of it.

I’m also realising I can’t be a caretaker of the space, do my work and run the marketing and admin alone.

So I’m inviting collaborators to co-create aligned programs and events here with me — you bring the marketing and admin, I bring the space.

(Note: we don’t rent the Field out as a venue — anything held here, I co-facilitate with you.)

Growth in the field of possibility 🌱🪺🪻✨

👀 looks like

- discovering all the holes Zen 🐾 has been digging, that erode the land 🙄

- building new steps and fixing hot shower 🙌🏼

- encountering the magnificence of dock roots

- creating a new bed for veg, fruit and flowers - inshallah 🤞🏼🌱

- witnessing the upsurge in plant growth clear the water from murky algae bloom 🪷

- delighting in welcoming back fav fluffy plants and greeting the swifts 🪶

- being memorised by the unfurling of buds and leaves 🌷

- appreciating all the emerging plants more, through reading Brigit Anna McNeill wonderful new book The Wild Within (really recommend it). For instance that violets flower both above and beneath the earth 😍

- a reminder to tender the metaphorical, spiritual and relational field of possibility as much as the physical one
