Kay is both a very generous and compassionate woman. She holds space for her clients in an exemplary way. I was feeling a little discombobulated and distracted, prior to meeting with her but she was able to offer me a safe place to relax in to, before embarking on a Reiki session together, which, at the time, helped calm down my nervous system and left me feeling a whole lot more grounded in my approach to life.
