The “ber” months are coming….can you feel the seasons changing?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the next couple of weeks are known as late summer, a time of transition. We’re moving away from the energy and activity of summer and beginning to prepare our bodies and minds for the slower, quieter months ahead.

DID YOU KNOW? 🦴

Archaeologists have found acupuncture needles made from sharpened bone fragments dating back over 3,000 years.

Thankfully, things have changed a bit since then… today's needles are super-fine, sterilised metal needles..... you'd find it hard to find our needles in a haystack 😂
