📸❤️ World Photography Day at The Lakes ❤️📸
Today we celebrated World Photography Day in a very special way — by taking a trip down memory lane with our wonderful residents.
We spent time looking through old photographs, sharing stories, remembering special people, places, family, friendships and moments from years gone by. 🥰
There were plenty of smiles and laughter, a few emotional moments, and lots of wonderful stories that may otherwise have remained tucked away in old photographs.
It was beautiful to see the memories come alive as our residents recognised familiar faces, talked about their younger years and shared pieces of their lives with us. ❤️
Sometimes a photograph is so much more than just a picture — it holds a story, a feeling, a person and a precious moment in time.
